This site contains things that I find interesting that you will also likely find interesting. I won't be this way very long so I'm trying to explain to you who I am through the content of this site.

More of me: Daily photography, Twitter, my portrait studio RAD GRANDPA, and bringing you there

Al Madrigal is in Edmonton from tonight through Sunday. Here’s a good list of why you should go see him at the Comic Strip.

  • He’s a great comic, not some shitty opener getting cheap laughs with rape jokes or local references
  • He was at MaxFunCon, this posting is crafted from both duty and joy
  • I believe Al sounds a little like Alan Alda, and I know you’ve got a fetish for that
  • Edmonton needs to show more love to comedians
  • Once you hear his piece about the cholo dad, you will likely piss yourself laughing

Do you really want another night at a club full of teenagers pretending this isn’t a city in northern Canada? How much longer can you put up with $30,000 millionaires trying to convince you that they’re doctors? Stop letting them lie to you, stop lying to yourself, go see Al and have a truly good time.

If you’re still not convinced, here’s two hours with Al Madrigal on Comedy and Everything Else. I believe you’ll like him a lot.

Shit, I put my cyanide pill in the same pocket as my Mentos again. What? Why do I carry around Mentos? Fresh breath, dummy. Oh, the other thing. Because, Doug, I know things. Let’s just say there was a lot of “intelligence” I collected before they kicked me out of the National Guard.

Comedian Kyle Kinane has a blog you might or not know about. It’s name is “I’m dead and it’s all my fault.” It contains some adventures written like those above, to a man named Doug.

P.S.: His album Death of the Party made me laugh a lot.
