Oh YouTube, if you think letting me earn a penny for every thousand additional viewers watch this video is some sort of “partnership” how about we be real partners where you contact your other “partners” at Warner music allow people outside of North America to view the Buck 65 video I’ve posted.

I take hard-to-get videos and post them to YouTube under my account to save them from disappearing from the internet. YouTube is still terrible, but Vimeo’s policy disallows this activity.

Really, Vimeo? Some times I think you’re purposely delaying video conversion to nab more paid Vimeo Plus memberships. Posting a video at 4:30PM on a Wednesday apparently gets you an hour+ wait.

From the upgrading screen: “Now you will never have to wait for your video to convert. That means no lines, no waiting, just instant conversion like you want. Even if your video is waiting in line to convert, upgrading to Plus will push your video to the front of the line, automagically.”

Truly magic. I’ll drop the $60 and see what happens. Next post will be the results.
