“I’ve spent my weekend working on this, and have now shared more emails...”
– This is what I have to say when people confuse my prompt responses and completion of more than 30 change requests for an eagerness to continue doing free work for them. I’m answering quickly in the hopes that you’ll stop asking quickly. Clearly, I’ve thought incorrectly.

"Hey Oscar Wilde! It's Clobberin' Time!" →
“A personal art collection of various artists interpreting their favourite literary figure/author/character that has been accumulated since 1998.” Imagine: High-class literature combined with comic book art. And I love it.

Note to self, don't let this happen again
I’ve been doing client work for about the last nine hours and just now realised that I haven’t had anything to eat or drink today apart from a big pot of coffee. That probably explains the headache, the inability to walk straight, global income disparity and a few other things I’d passed off as paranormal phenomena. Oodle Noodle, I’m comminagetcha. A fistful of Advil,...

It's like crack!
A thought: We should give crack to anyone who says “it’s like crack!” in regards to something they feel is a “guilty pleasure.” Then, if they ever get off of crack, we can ask them if they’ll ever use that phrase again.

Tonight I was photographing the wine tasting at the Winspear Centre. So: free admission, non-stop fantastic BC wines, and it’s a paying gig. Life ain’t bad. Now (11pm) I’m halfway home. It’s time to edit the photos, start laundry, remind the Winspear that they will have 5 unpaid invoices owed to me, and look at my FANTASTIC empty calendar or the next two weeks. If...

"One in five American divorces now involve... →
Five out of five divorces involve people who weren’t entirely in love. Congratulations to all divorced couples for being brave enough to call it quits, rather than pretend “it’ll get better.” Facebook may be a symptom, but the causes are people not being honest about themselves, how they want to experience life, and how others fit with those two items.

Kiel, as Kiel →
My younger brother, Kiel. I’m incredibly proud of him for having kept a (legitimate) job for more than 6 weeks the first time of his life, but many things will never change unless assisted.

Introducing NoteTote for Mac OS X →
scottjacksonx: I’m really glad that I get to tell you about NoteTote today. It’s been my sole focus since late November, and today NoteTote 1.0 is finally out on the Mac App Store. NoteTote lets you remotely tell your Mac at home to download files. That’s it. Here’s a story. You may not know it, but your computer at home (or work) can be used as a great assistant for you while...
